The washing tower Scrubber for odor management in the industrial facilities

Anyone who wishes to use an appropriate filtration system to limit olfactory pollution may have found the right solution: The washing tower Scrubber by HFiltration.

In fact, this specific equipment allows the abatement and elimination of odors within an air stream, a process that occurs through the impact between atomized washing liquid and pollutant.

The Scrubber or washing tower is composed by a cylindrical body, inside which the process of purification and neutralization of odors occurs, but also of any harmful substances of organic or inorganic chemical nature soluble in water.

The fumes enter the washing tower, or abatement column, from an access located at its bottom. As they rise, they are hit by a misted scrubbing liquid drawn by a recirculation pump from the holding tank. At the end of treatment, a separator will capture the droplets that have trapped pollutants and sources of odors, while the purified fumes will be returned to the environment through a special opening located at the top of the equipment.

Goodbye olfactory pollution thanks to the HFiltration Scrubber

The working mechanism of the Scrubber actually allows the elimination of bad odors, reducing their incidence and neutralizing what is called olfactory pollution.

The HFiltration team based on individual needs, will be able to evaluate the most suitable solution and create a specific system to limit the release of bad odors both within the company and in the surrounding area.

We propose vertical, floating, and horizontal scrubbers with the purpose of creating for each reality a solution appropriate and as high-performing as possible, capable of returning clean, purified, pollutant-free, and, above all, odorless air flows.
