HFiltration's oil mist filter systems for cleaning mechanical workshops

HFiltration offers multiple oil mist filtration systems that exploit different technologies for pollutant abatement.

The three main systems, all customizable according to individual needs, include:

  • CLEANMIST® centrifugal filter for oil mists, , an easy-to-install system where air polluted from oil mists or coolant is conveyed inside the filter passing through the inlet. The presence of a conical diffuser assures a uniform distribution inside the impeller of the particles that, once centrifuged, are pushed towards the filtering panels.
  • MIST COMPACT® static filter for oil mists, which exploits the coalescence effect and is designed for centralized systems. The polluted air entes in the filter through a plenum that favors the slowing down of the flow and the reduction of the biggest particles. The effluent passes through a metal grating, crosses the fiberglass cartridges depositing the contaminant outside, while clean air is evacuated from the filter head.
  • MCOS coalescing filter for oil mists and neat oil, designed to separate oil and smoke particles from the air in particularly heavy working conditions.
