DRY FOG MICRO-NEBULIZER
A device capable of sanitizing environments in an easy, fast and uniform way. All you need is an operator and the Dry Fog Micro-nebulizer will sanitize the surfaces with a disinfectant solution that guarantees the 99% elimination of bacteria.The Dry Fog system provides a highly technological solution to disinfect production lines, logistics areas, structures, offices, shops and any other type of work environment. The application of dry mist helps to disinfect large areas in just a few minutes, a process that, carried out manually, would take a long time.
Mode of operation
The Dry Fog micro-nebulization system is based on the atomization of the water, by hitting the liquid at the outlet with a stream of compressed air. The latter is thus deformed and divided and precisely thanks to this principle there is no need for any pump.
The nebulizers (nozzles) are mounted 50cm above the container. Each individual nozzle manages to suck up the liquid which, through a patented system, ensures that the encounter between compressed air and water develops the atomization of the water particle.
The atomized water has an infinitesimal dimension that accelerates the evaporative phase, which is why no condensation is created, thus avoiding causing the wet effect once the solution touches the ground.
